Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the Vietnam market-entry consultation and local execution support services (the "Services") provided by KVBiz (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Services": all market-entry and execution support provided by the Company, including Vietnam market research, partner discovery, company/factory setup review, on-site meeting coordination, vendor management and market information.
• "User": an individual or company that uses the Company's Services under these terms.
• "Consultation": the inquiry and review a user requests through the consultation request page and similar channels.

Article 3 (Scope of the Services)

The Company provides the following services; the specific scope is determined by agreement with the user.

• Vietnam market research and feasibility review
• Discovery and introduction of local partners, distributors and suppliers
• Support for company/factory setup and industrial-park review
• On-site meeting coordination, vendor management and project coordination
• Market, industry and company information

Article 4 (Nature and limits of the Services)

The Company provides execution support and does not guarantee any specific outcome such as factory establishment, contract signing, investment results or revenue. All final decisions are made under the judgment and responsibility of the client company.

Article 5 (Basis of information provided)

Partner, industrial-park and market information provided by the Company is based on public sources and the Company's own analysis, and is labeled as "verified", "public-source" or "estimated". Such information is for reference; users are encouraged to verify it directly and obtain separate expert review before signing contracts or making investments.

Article 6 (User obligations)

Users must provide accurate information and must not do any of the following.

• Provide false information or misappropriate another party's information
• Use, reproduce or distribute the information or materials provided by the Company beyond their intended purpose without authorization
• Violate applicable laws or these terms

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the reports, analyses and content provided by the Company belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use them without the Company's prior consent.

Article 8 (Fees and paid services)

Consultation and basic review may be provided free of charge. Separate work such as report preparation and local execution is provided for a fee under conditions agreed in advance. The scope, price and conditions of paid services are communicated beforehand.

Article 9 (Limitation of liability)

The Company assumes no direct legal responsibility for the outcomes of using the information provided. The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, communication failures or the acts of third parties.

Article 10 (Protection of personal information)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Company's Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 11 (Changes to these terms)

The Company may change these terms when necessary, and will announce the effective date and details of any change in advance on this page.

Article 12 (Governing law and dispute resolution)

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute relating to use of the Services, the Company and the user will endeavor to resolve it in good faith; failing agreement, the matter will follow the procedures prescribed by applicable law and the competent court.
