CNC aluminum bracket
Machined brackets for equipment and automation. Agree material, tolerances, surface finish and inspection against drawings.
Aluminum alloy · CNC milling
KVBIZ · CNC & SHEET METAL
For Korean industrial buyers: drawing-based CNC parts, sheet-metal enclosures and assembly fixtures. Compare factories, landed costs and lead times.
SAMPLE PRODUCTS · VISUAL REFERENCES
These original concept illustrations explain possible product types, not approved supplier samples, completed orders or quality certifications.

This is a decision checklist, not a market-average price or speed claim. Evaluate like-for-like product specifications.
LANDED COST & LEAD-TIME MODEL
Adjust unit price, setup, QC, shipping, import charges and the stages of fulfillment. The calculator starts with fictional numbers for illustration only.
ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO · EDITABLE INPUTS
Replace the demonstration numbers with actual offers.
Korea total cost
10,050,000₩
Total lead time: 23 days
Vietnam total landed cost
8,080,000₩
Total lead time: 39 days
Scenario difference: Vietnam is 1,970,000₩ (19.6%) lower. Vietnam takes 16 days longer.
Demo assumptions, not published market rates or binding supplier quotations. Total = unit × quantity + setup + freight + QA + manually entered import costs. Lead time assumes RFQ, sample, production and delivery are sequential. VAT, currency fluctuations and unlisted charges excluded unless entered. Verify Incoterms, HS classification, tariffs and import obligations before ordering.
Cost analysis should use the same currency, Incoterms, inspection scope, delivery point, order volume and product specification. Import declaration and preferential duties require separate verification.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCUREMENT
Stages are adapted for each order and are not a service-level guarantee.
Define part, quantities, material, tolerances, finish, required standards and target delivery.
Agree NDA for sensitive files and discuss design-for-manufacture requirements.
Review machinery, measurement capability, material options, capacity and export readiness.
Compare like-for-like unit rates, setup, MOQ, Incoterms and sample costs.
Validate dimensions, function and appearance against agreed acceptance criteria.
Coordinate production issues, shipping documentation, delivery and possible reorders.
READY TO COMPARE REAL QUOTES?
Start with materials, quantity and timing; NDA-based file transfer can follow.
RFQ · MANUFACTURING INQUIRY
They depend on the machine shop, process, material and drawing complexity. Confirm against a specific RFQ and inspection plan.
No. Repeated batches may improve unit economics, while setup, international transport, customs, quality issues and rework can reverse the advantage. Urgent prototypes may favor domestic production.
We do not collect drawings in the public form. Sensitive documents require an agreed NDA, limited access and transfer method.
KVBiz supports screening and coordination. Quality warranty, inspection and non-conformity handling belong in the supplier–buyer contract.
Compare both service tracks before selecting the right RFQ.
